Minkov Brothers Cabernet Sauvignon is a dry red vine, made by selected well riped grapes, vintage 2009, from own vineyards. It has matured for 10 months in brand new barrels of american oak. There war no stabilization in the wine-making process, so lees could appear. The wine has a potential to age in the bottle until 2015.
