Qualities according to the manufacturer:
The palate is savoury and quite classic with some sweetness to the ripe fruit, but the overall impression is that of a tight, savoury wine with good structure, acidity and an earthy, spicy edge. Nicely proportioned this is a food friendly style Maceration takes for 7 days at a temperature 8 – 12.A part of the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in barriques of French oak.The wine ages in barrels for 6 – 12 months before being bottled. Ageing in bottles continues 3 months. Appropriate with main dishes and matured cheeses.

Qualities according to DiVino (2011):
A beautiful opaque garnet colour. A deep multi-layered nose with a beautiful development. Detect is cedar, bilberry in rum, sage and minerals. Juicy and fresh with an elegant molten body and a long finish with cedar and dried fruit. This wine can age.

Opinion of Vinobg (2012):
Judging from our modest experience, some bottles have passed into the “for the collection” phase. However, the wine in some others is even better than what we remember from 2-3 years ago.
